As a Miner Repair Technician, you will report to the Mining Manager and you will be instrumental in maintaining our mining uptime and hashrate – on the day to day, you will primarily be responsible for repairing miners. You will work daily to evolve and expand your mining knowledge base to become an expert in your technical role and have advanced understanding of the infrastructure to ensure our mining facility achieves optimal profitability. You will work under the supervision of the Manager of Mining along with Site Management and other Miner Maintenance Technicians to keep miners repaired, online and fully operational.

Responsibilities:
Complete daily reporting, Repair tickets or other documents that support mining data collection.
Identify errors with miners, perform physical repairs and software on machines within the RMA station.
Repair miners correctly.
Monitor error reporting, airflow condition and rebooting, using various software's.
Conveyance of parts, miners, tools needed to increase uptime.
Maintain the miners by performing housekeeping tasks including clean up and disposal of trash, dusting, and sweeping the work area.
Operate scissor lifts while adhering to all safety protocols.
Interact respectfully with hosts, contractors, and other vendor teams, including foreman and outside management.
Ability to perform all essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.

Required Experience and Skills:
Prior technical or construction/laborer experience preferred.
Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software, and programming.
Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
Must be able to perform physical labor, often in high-heat situations.
Effective problem-solving skills, communication and results oriented.
Physical Demands:
The Miner Repair Technician must be able to speak, hear, see, read, write, type, dial, reach, stoop, pull, and bend.
Must be able to endure prolonged periods of standing, and walking– repetitive motion of hands, fingers, back, and wrists.
Manual work: lifting up to 30 lbs, extended reach and overhead work.
