We are currently looking for a Site Manager to  our team

What you can expect from this role:

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Site Manager is responsible for improving the technical efficiency of field operations in accordance with established productivity standards. This includes management of a team of diagnostic technicians and collaboration with other functions and departments.

More specifically, here are some of the key responsibilities:

(1) Lead site management through a collaborative approach while ensuring alignment with the organization’s policies or goals;

(2) Work closely with the HRBP and act as an intermediary between their team and the HR department (conflict management, discipline, harassment complaints, attendance management, etc.);

(3) Work with the health and safety department to ensure a safe and harmonious work environment and develop collaborative leadership;

(4) Ensure the smooth operation of the work team and regularly monitor the organization and cleanliness of the site;

(5) Ensure the smooth progress of on-site operations;

(6) All other related responsibilities.

This is the profile we are looking for:

(1) Bachelor's degree in management, engineering (preferably industrial, electrical) or other related fields

(2) 3-5 years of relevant experience in on-site management positions

(3) Be self-directed and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with strong analytical, prioritization, interpersonal, problem-solving, planning and project management skills

Advanced English, both written and spoken.

(4) Proficient in Microsoft Office technology. Candidates who are technically proficient and proficient in other systems are preferred
