As a Data Center Technician, you will work with state-of-the-art computing and networking equipment to ensure consistently high uptime and maintenance services.

The ideal candidate will be competent in existing networking technology areas and demonstrate the ability to adapt to change and stay current with technology developments. Analytical thinking is essential for effective troubleshooting and diagnosis of miners to ensure optimal uptime and turnaround of our machines. Data center technicians will receive general supervision and perform various routine maintenance. This ideal candidate ensures that the facility is available for use and maintained in a safe and clean condition at all times. This individual operates various maintenance and cleaning tools and equipment; and performs tasks as directed by the Assistant Data Center Manager and/or Manager.

Some of the main responsibilities you should have are:

Basic miner diagnostics and repair

Introduce mechanical skills

Ability to lead projects based on supervisor/operations manager’s judgment

And other duties as assigned.

About you

The ideal candidate will have experience with IT/computer hardware, troubleshooting, building and/or maintaining. Have a basic understanding of IP addressing and subnetting and an understanding of small electronic equipment or low to medium voltage electrical. Must demonstrate problem-solving skills, be diligent, hardworking, a team player, and demonstrate flexibility.

1. High school diploma or equivalent

2. 1-3+ years of experience in IT/computer hardware, systems/electrical 3. engineering, network administration and/or troubleshooting

4. Bitcoin mining experience preferred +

5. Bilingual students in English and Spanish are preferred+

6. Individuals must be able to stand for more than 7 hours per day

7. Ability to lift/carry 30-50 lbs.

8. Withstand Harsh Conditions - Our work environments include both indoors and outdoors, including cold and hot rooms with excessive wind velocities. You don't mind getting dirty either
