Job description

We are hiring a Site Technician at a Bitcoin mining farm in Oklahoma to support the farm's daily operations. The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure the reliability of the farm's daily technical operations, maintenance, and performance optimization, under the guidance of the Field Manager and Senior Field Technicians.

Responsibilities

1. Perform daily inspections, maintenance, and repairs on ASIC miners (Bitmain, MicroBT, etc.).

2. Monitor power distribution units (PDUs), cooling systems, and network connections to ensure stable farm operation.

3. Troubleshoot miner malfunctions, wiring problems, and power anomalies. Assist with the installation and setup of new miners and infrastructure components.

4. Maintain work logs, miner status, and inventory records. Support the implementation of preventative maintenance and field safety plans.

5. Coordinate with senior technicians to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.

Requirements

1. 1-3 years of experience in Bitcoin mining, data center operations, or electrical/mechanical maintenance.

2. Knowledge of ASIC miners, power systems, and low-voltage networks.

3. Basic knowledge of electrical and cooling systems.

4. Strong troubleshooting and hands-on skills. Able to work independently and also collaborate effectively as a member of a small, fast-paced team.

5. Flexible shift work as needed, including night shifts and weekends.
