The specific content of the service is provided by ZMRC according to the actual situation, such as courses, materials, certificates, forums, etc. ZMRC reserves the right to change, terminate or terminate some or all of the network services at any time.

About Refunds
Attention: the ASIC miner repair course training is a virtual digital product and all sales are final. Once the payment voucher has been reviewed and the account has been activated, ZMRC will not accept any refunds or course exchanges.

Except as expressly provided in this clause, the user warrants that:

1. Not to republish material from this website in print or digital media or files (including republication on another website);

2. Do not reproduce, duplicate or otherwise use the information on this website for commercial purposes;

3. Not to edit or otherwise modify any material on the website;

4. No redistribution of material from this website;

5. No part of this website may be republished or reproduced through the use of iframes or screen scraping tools.

Service Description

1.ZMRC does not assume any responsibility for network services, that is, users bear the risk of using network services. It does not guarantee that the service will meet the user's requirements, nor does it guarantee that the service will not be interrupted, nor does it guarantee the timeliness, security, and accuracy of the service.

 

2. In order to use this service, users must equip themselves with the necessary equipment for accessing the Internet, including computers, modems or other access devices; users must pay the fees related to this service by themselves.

 

3. The user must agree to provide complete, true, accurate and up-to-date personal information when receiving this service; if the user provides any wrong, false, outdated or incomplete information, release information that is not suitable for the content of the website, and ZMRC or ZMRC has reasonable grounds to suspect that the aforementioned information is wrong, false, outdated, incomplete or fraudulent, ZMRC has the right to correct, modify or delete the information posted by the user, and has the right to suspend or terminate the user website account, and refuse to use all or part of this service now or in the future.

Termination
The user must agree that ZMRC may, at its sole discretion, terminate the user’s account for any reason (including but not limited to ZMRC’s belief that the user has violated the letter and spirit of this agreement, or acted in a manner inconsistent with the letter and spirit of this agreement). "Service" password, account (or any part thereof) or the user's use of the "Service", and delete and discard "your information" submitted by the user in the use of the "Service".
Notification
Unless otherwise expressly stipulated, any notice shall be sent in the form of webpage announcement or email, or to the email address provided by the user to ZMRC during the registration process, or such other address specified by the relevant party. Notice shall be deemed given twenty-four (24) hours after email is sent, unless the sender is notified that the relevant email address has expired.
Force majeure
For reasons beyond the reasonable control of the company, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes or riots, material shortages or rationing, riots, acts of war, government actions, communication or other facility failures, or serious casualties ZMRC is not be liable to the user for any delay or failure to perform the contract.
Intellectual property
Any text, pictures, graphics, audio and/or video materials contained in the network services provided by ZMRC are protected by copyright, trademark and/or other property ownership laws. The media is published, broadcast, adapted or republished for broadcast or distribution, or used for any other commercial purpose, directly or indirectly. ZMRC is not responsible for any delays, inaccuracies, errors and omissions arising from the above materials or in the process of transmitting or submitting all or part of the above materials, or any damages arising therefrom or arising therefrom, and is responsible in any form to the user or any third party .
Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
This agreement shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands without regard to any conflict of laws. Any disputes shall be settled by the arbitration court of the Dutch Chamber of Commerce and Industry and shall be the first instance.
Keep secret
The user undertakes not to disclose to any third party any information received from course.zeusbtc.com that is course.zeusbtc.com's trade secret or otherwise of a nature that may be considered confidential. This commitment applies during and after the term of the agreement. The user further takes necessary measures to prevent the user's employees or contractors from disclosing confidential information to third parties.
Scope of application
The terms regulate the user's use of this service and will replace the similar agreement previously signed or reached between the user and ZMRC. These Terms of Service and other terms of service of ZMRC constitute a complete agreement.
