Job Overview

The Hardware Maintenance Technician is an integral part of our operations. They provide comprehensive Bitcoin miner repair and diagnostic services.

This position is primarily based at the Norcross facility and reports to the Hardware Maintenance Manager.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Repair Bitcoin mining equipment, such as control boards, hash cards, and chip-level repairs.

- Ensure consistent compliance with environmental and safety standards, identify problems, and repair them promptly.

- Read blueprints/schemes and assess their operational status.

- Support the integration of new equipment and systems the facility infrastructure.

- Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

- 2+ years of technician experience in an industrial or commercial environment.

- Familiarity with Antminer Series 17 and 19 mining machines is preferred.

- Bitman repair certification is preferred.

- Experience in electrical troubleshooting is preferred.

- Clear and effective communication skills.

- Ability to lift 50-75 pounds.

This position may involve driving company vehicles or traveling between different work locations.
