We operate a large-scale cryptocurrency mining operation and need someone who can keep up with the pace. This is a full-time, stable position with fixed hours and a highly efficient team. You will be on-site at the mining farm every day, involved in the core work of mining.
This position requires daily on-site work in Algonea, Iowa. You must be able to commute daily.
Your Job Responsibilities
(1) Ensuring System Operation
- Track and close work orders to quickly resolve issues—downtime can be costly, and we take it very seriously.
- Identify which machines require priority maintenance and closely monitor their operation throughout your shift.
- Maintain accurate records in Foreman and other systems we use.
(2) Hands-on Repair and Maintenance
- Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on the mining machines.
- Run diagnostic programs to quickly identify and fix problems.
- Read mining machine logs and troubleshoot performance issues.
- Replace filters, handle overheating issues, and ensure everything is running smoothly.
(3) Network and Technical Support
- Monitor machines using tools such as Foreman and BTC Tools to identify and resolve issues before they escalate major problems.
- Track and fix network connectivity issues.
- Set up static IP addresses and bring new miners online.
(4) On-site and Team Support
- Assist with setting up new miners and mining groups from start to finish.
- Keep the site clean, orderly, and locked at the end of each shift.
- Help train team members and share your knowledge.
We Are Looking For
No college degree required. The following are what really matters:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- At least 1 year of practical work experience in a technical or similar role
- Basic knowledge of networking and IP addresses
- Ability to learn new software and maintain data entry accuracy
- Self-motivated, trustworthy, and hardworking
Bonus points:
- Experience with cryptocurrency mining hardware (ASIC) or similar equipment
- Familiarity with Foreman or BTC Tools
- Experience with network setup or troubleshooting

(3) Operating heavy equipment in confined spaces.
(4) Rain or shine – you will be exposed to various weather conditions year-round.
(5) Noisy working environment (we will provide hearing protection equipment such as earplugs – you will definitely need it).
(6) Flexible working hours may be required, including evenings and weekends [please confirm if applicable].
