Job description

We are hiring a Site Technician to  our Bitcoin mining farm in Midland, Texas. This is a stable, hands-on position  you will be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of the mining farm equipment in a safe and orderly environment.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Assist with the installation and maintenance of Bitcoin mining rigs.

2. Monitor equipment performance, checking temperature, air filters, and equipment status.

3. Perform basic electrical work under guidance (e.g., cable connections, circuit breaker checks).

4. Follow simple daily procedures to keep the mining farm clean and safe.

5. Report daily tasks and assist the farm supervisor in operations.

We are looking for:

1. Someone passionate about learning and applying technology in a hands-on environment. Strong sense of responsibility, organized, and willing to adhere to safety and training guidelines.

2. Able to work outdoors in West Texas (high temperatures/dusty conditions), if needed.

3. Preference will be given to candidates with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, but this is not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

1. Hourly wage: $16-20 USD/hour, with overtime opportunities.

2. Housing allowance provided for relocators.
