Avalon 821 hash board troubleshooting for two common faults

When we use the Avalon test fixture to test the A821 hash board, its serial port software will show two fault conditions. One is to display the specific number of faults, and the other is to display asic count = 0, that is, no chip has been recognized. Different faults require different methods for troubleshooting.
