Avalonminer A921 hash board single board report 0 failure

When the tester detects the Avalon 921 hash board, the log shows 0 ASIC chip, how to repair it? First check whether the powering unit is short-circuited, and then whether the voltage of the powering unit and the core powering of the ASIC chip are normal.
