The temperature sensing circuit consists of TEMP(CHIP) and TEMP(PCB), which are used to transmit the temperature parameters on the hash board to the control board. On the Antminer S9 hash board, the chip temperature is collected by the built-in sensor of the ASIC chip, and the PCB temperature is collected by the temperature sensing chip U89.
