Antminer S9 hash board troubleshooting for boost circuit

The boost circuit on the Antminer S9 hash board is used to boost the 8.9V of the DC-DC circuit to 14V and provide LDO power for the last 5 voltage domains. The voltage of the boost circuit is higher than the normal value, which will easily cause damage to the LDO chips and ASIC chips in the last 5 voltage domains, and the hash board will not work normally.
