Whatsminer hash board single board testing reports specific chip number failure

When performing single-board testing on Whatsminer hash boards, if the test results show that the number of chips found is less than the actual number of chips on the hash board, it means that some chips have not been identified. This kind of failure indicates that the power supply unit of the hash board is working normally, and we need to check the TXD, RXD, and CLK signal voltages of the ASIC chip.
