U88 CT1F on the Antminer S9 hash board is a level conversion chip for the RI signal. The function of this chip is to convert the voltage, and convert the 3.3V voltage input by the control board through the IO interface 1.8V. All ASIC chips on the S9 hash board can be recognized by the control board only when the chip can work normally.
