Innosilicon T1 main powering unit voltage measurement method

How to correctly measure the voltage of the powering unit of the Innosilicon T1 hash board when the single board detection fails? The input voltage of the main powering is about 12V, the voltage value of the DC-DC step-down circuit is 9.9V, and the voltage value of each domain is 0.4V. Only when each voltage is normal, the signal can be transmitted normally, and the entire hash board can work normally.
