How to measure the signal voltage of the ASIC chip?

After learning the detailed circuit connections of the signals and op amps on the Antminer S19xp hash board, it is also very important to measure their associated voltages. For example, when the signal passes through the operational amplifier, should our measuring test leads be connected? What should the normal operating voltage value of each signal be?
