Antminer S19XP hash board structure and powering process

Antminer S19XP BHB56801 hash board has a total of 110 BM1366AG ASIC chips, and every 10 chips form a domain, with a total of 11 voltage domains. This miner uses APW12 PSU for powering, so the input voltage is 15V. It is input from the positive pole of the hash board, reaches the positive pole of the last domain along the copper conductor, and is transmitted back to the negative pole of the first domain in turn. During this transmission process, each domain is allocated 1.3V voltage, and then together with LDO1.2V and 0.8V, they all become the core powering of the ASIC chip.
