Antminer S19 plus hash board troubleshooting for 19V boost circuit

The boost circuit on the Antminer S19+ hash board is divided 19V and 22V. The function of the 19V boost circuit is to supply power to the LDO chip in the last voltage domain on the hash board. The circuit is mainly composed of a boost chip, an inductor, a rectifier diode and these filter capacitors. So how does this circuit boost the input voltage to 19V?
