Antminer S19 plus hash board troubleshooting for DC control circuit

The DC control circuit of the Antminer S19+ hash board is used to control the conduction of the MOS chips and supply the input voltage to each voltage domain. Only when the input of the DC control circuit is a high level, the 4 MOS chips can be turned on, and the hash board starts to work. If every voltage domain on the hash board is not powered, you should be troubleshooting the DC control circuit area.
