Whatsminer M31S hash board troubleshooting for LDO powering

The LDO powering circuit is an important part of the Whatsminer M31S hash board. The circuit is mainly composed of some 5-pin chips, each chip outputs 1.8V, and then outputs 0.9V after being divided by two resistors connected in series to ground.
