Antminer S19 Pro hash board troubleshooting for 23V boost circuit

In addition to the 19V boost circuit, the Antminer S19 Pro hash board also has another boost circuit, which is the 23V boost circuit. This circuit takes the 13V voltage input by the power supply, and outputs 23V voltage after boosting to cooperate with the DC control circuit to turn on 5 N-channel MOS tubes. We can measure the 23V voltage at the filter capacitor C60.
