Antminer S19 Pro hash board troubleshooting for DC control circuit

Antminer S19 Pro hash board inputs about 13V voltage from the positive pole, and after passing through five N-channel MOS tubes, it still outputs 13V voltage for all voltage domains. This is the working process of the DC control circuit of the S19 Pro hash board. Of course, for this circuit to work normally, it needs to be controlled by the 3.3V voltage output by the PIC chip.
